Workplace Concerns & Reporting
Sawgrass Nutra Labs is committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and ethical workplace. Employees are encouraged to speak up when they have concerns or observe situations that may impact safety, quality, compliance, or workplace conduct.
Raising concerns helps protect employees, the company, and the people we serve. This page explains when and how to report workplace concerns.
What Should Be Reported
Employees are encouraged to report concerns related to, but not limited to:
- Unsafe working conditions or safety hazards
- Injuries, near misses, or incidents
- Harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior
- Ethical concerns or violations of the Code of Conduct
- Quality, GMP, or compliance concerns
- Security or data protection concerns
How to Report a Concern
Employees may report concerns through any of the following channels:
- Your Supervisor or Manager
- Human Resources or administrative leadership
- Quality or Safety leadership, where applicable
- Company leadership
Employees should use the reporting method they are most comfortable with.
Urgent or Emergency Situations
Situations involving immediate danger to people or property should be addressed immediately. Follow emergency procedures and contact emergency services when appropriate.
Non-Retaliation
Sawgrass Nutra Labs does not tolerate retaliation against individuals who raise concerns in good faith. Employees are encouraged to report concerns without fear of punishment or adverse action.
Confidentiality & Respect
Concerns are handled with discretion and respect. Information is shared only as necessary to review and address the concern appropriately.
