Facilities Requests

Facilities Requests help ensure that Sawgrass Nutra Labs’ workspaces, equipment, and building systems remain safe, functional, and well maintained. Employees are encouraged to report facility-related issues promptly so they can be addressed appropriately.

This page explains what types of requests should be submitted and how to request facilities support.

What Is a Facilities Request?

Facilities Requests may include issues or needs related to the physical workplace or building infrastructure, such as:

  • Building maintenance or repair issues
  • Lighting, plumbing, or HVAC concerns
  • Workspace or office setup issues
  • Safety-related facility concerns
  • Furniture or equipment placement issues

How to Submit a Facilities Request

Facilities Requests should be reported to the designated Facilities contact or company leadership. Requests may be submitted in person, by email, or through any approved internal request process.

For urgent facility issues that pose an immediate safety risk, employees should notify their Supervisor or company leadership immediately.

Request Prioritization

Facilities Requests are reviewed and prioritized based on urgency, safety impact, and operational needs. Safety-related issues receive the highest priority.
