What Are Accommodations?

Requesting an Accommodation
Employees who believe they may need an accommodation are encouraged to contact Human Resources or company leadership to begin a conversation. Requests do not need to follow a specific format.
Employees may also speak with their Supervisor, who can help connect them with the appropriate support.
Interactive & Individualized Process
Accommodation requests are reviewed on an individual basis. The company may engage in an interactive process to better understand needs and identify reasonable solutions.
Confidentiality & Respect
Information related to accommodation requests is handled confidentially and shared only as necessary to support the request appropriately.
