Company Programs and Projects represent the work being done across Sawgrass Nutra Labs to execute our Strategic Initiatives. This work translates strategy into action through coordinated efforts, investments, and improvements.

Programs and projects are dynamic by nature and may change over time as priorities evolve. To maintain accuracy and transparency, active work is tracked in the company’s approved project management system.

Employee Involvement & Expectations

Employees may be asked to participate in programs or projects based on their role, expertise, or assigned responsibilities. Participation supports continuous improvement and helps advance company priorities.
