IT Support

Information Technology (IT) Support helps employees access and use company technology safely, securely, and effectively. IT support covers assistance with systems, devices, and approved tools used to perform work.

This page explains how to request IT support and what types of issues IT support can help resolve.

What IT Support Can Help With

  • Account access or login issues
  • Password resets or access questions
  • Company-issued hardware issues
  • Approved software or system access
  • Email, network, or connectivity issues
  • Technology-related questions or concerns

Requesting IT Support

IT support requests should be submitted using the company’s approved support method. Requests may be made by email, internal request system, or through designated company contacts.

Employees should provide clear information about the issue, including the device, system, or application involved, and any error messages observed.

Urgent or Time-Sensitive Issues

Issues that prevent employees from performing essential job functions should be reported as soon as possible. Employees may notify their Supervisor or designated IT contact if immediate assistance is needed.

Security & Responsible Use

Employees are expected to use company technology responsibly and follow IT security requirements. Suspicious activity, potential security incidents, or suspected phishing attempts should be reported promptly.

Questions or Assistance

If you are unsure whether an issue should be directed to IT Support, or need help determining the next step, contact your Supervisor or designated IT support contact for guidance.
